Robert asks…
I Think I’m a Carbs Food Addict. Help!!!!!!!!?
Help! I believe I am addicted to carbs food. I ate over 4,000 calories today, mostly bad carbohydrates foods, I can’t control my carbs food binging. I have intense body dissatisfaction, even though I’m 9 lb. underweight for my height and I have a high metabolism. After my binges I have intense feelings of guilt and shame, and attempt to purge but never actually do.
I have an addiction. Whenever I try to stop eating bad carbs, I have withdrawl symptoms, where I can’t think of anything but carbs, which leads to binges. Sometimes I eat a whole pizza that is 2,500 calories or a gallon of ice cream, I don’t gain weight, but I will eventually obviously.
I’m thinking of just chewing the carbs food and spitting them right back out, and then eating healthy food to control my carbohydrate addiction. Is this a good way to go about it? Since I’m too much of a wuss to purge the food.

I hate to point out the obvious. But when you are a carbohydrate addict, that means you have an addiction. Whether the addiction is to drugs, alcohol or tobacco or carbohydrates foods, The first thing to do, is to cure your addiction. All addictions have similar symptoms: cravings, binges, purges withdrawals and feelings of guilt and shame. None of those symptoms will go away by reducing or adjusting your carbs food.
There are 2 ways you can go. You can do it the easy way and avoid the withdrawals and hunger pains. Just click the link below and learn how to cure your addiction, quickly and painlessly.
The Carbohydrate Addicts Manual
Or you can do it the hard way by cutting out all carbs food till you have been symptom free for at least 4 to eight weeks, depending on your body. You’ll then have to carefully select the natural carbs food that the human digestive system has evolved to handle. You cannot use any carbs food that doesn’t fall into that category. If you do, you’ll be forced to start all over again.
You will finally reach your personal plateau, where your body will be in tune with what you eat and your metabolism will start up again and control and balance your way the way it was always meant to do.

Your body is always going to make sure you have enough energy. It will produce that energy from several sources. They include proteins food and fat as well as the more obvious carbs food.
First you need to understand what your body does with the food you eat and how it produces your energy. Proteins food are meant to build and repair our bones, skin, muscles, tissue, and organs. We ignore them at our peril.
Our body is a highly sophisticated, advanced piece of machinery. It knows what it is doing. If it’s short of carbs food or fat to draw on for energy, it will use proteins food.
Your body is a furnace that breaks all carbs food and fat into glucose. Glucose is sugar. It’s the fuel that runs your body. Your body adds that fuel whenever you burn energy. It cannot store glucose, So if you don’t burn what you eat today, your body will convert it to fat cells and store on your body for another day.
Very few people today, use anywhere near enough energy to burn off the massive amount of carbs food they eat. It should therefore not surprise you to notice that most people are getting fat. For those few people who do use all their carbs food, and they are few. They can take comfort knowing that if they run low on glucose, their body will convert some proteins food and use that.

First there are 2 kinds of carbs food. The good and the bad. Good carbs food are the natural foods that nature produces and humankind have evolved to used and enjoy. Bad carbs food are those that have been processed in a mill or a factory. That means all grains except those that people have used to make bread for the past 10,000 years. It does not include bread that comes from a factory. A bad carbs food, is any food that is processed, packaged and available on a shelf in the food mart.
There really are only 3 kinds of food that human beings eat on a regular basis. Proteins food, carbs food and fat. I have already covered carbs food. As to fat, all I’ll mention is that the fat you put in your mouth is not the kind of fat that sits on your hips, nestles around your vital organs and clogs the arteries. That kind of fat is made by your body. It comes from all that surplus carbohydrates foods you have been unable to burn off in energy. Your body cannot store carbs food so it’s forced to turn into fat cells.
Lastly, and the most important, we have proteins food. They have become very misunderstood. That covers all meat, poultry, fish, seafood eggs, some nuts and cheese. Human beings can eat a virtually unlimited amount of those foods. That is because our body has evolved to process proteins food very efficiently over many centuries. Why is proteins food so important? It used to be called the building blocks of life. That’s because proteins food grows and repairs our bones skin, muscles, tissue, and vital organs. We cannot do without proteins food.
Carbohydrates foods are also misunderstood. Every single carbs food you eat, good or bad, gets turned into glucose. Glucose is sugar. It’s the fuel that runs our body. Your body can only use the fuel is needs to replenish your energy. The rest is turned into fat cells. it’s a bit like your motor vehicle: You can fill it with a full tank of fuel, but if you leave it in the garage the fuel stays in the tank and turns stale.
