What is the best weight loss program that doesn’t cost small fortune to join?
Let me start this by saying that I understand that the best weight loss is through sensible eating and regular exercise, but for me, it’s hard enough to stay on a diet. Let alone try to calculate every single calorie that I eat and burn. There are so many little things you can miss when counting your own caloric intake.
I’m the type of person that needs structure, especially when it comes to losing weight. If I have to report to someone on a daily or weekly basis, it’s easier to stay focused and motivated.
I HAVE to lose 40-50 pounds and I need help. The problem is that I’m not wealthy. I went to Lindora and loved what they said was the best weight loss program. I was so excited! For the first time, I saw a light at the end of the tunnel…that was until they told me that it would cost me $1800 per session and I’ would need two sessions to get to my goal weight. Light gone. Can you tell me what’s the best weight loss program that is also affordable? I’m finding they are either or but not both. Help, please!!

What’s the best weight loss program that can fit around a busy lifestyle and is relatively cheap?
I’m looking into Jenny Craig, but a friend of mine told me that once you get off it you gain the weight right back. And I want to lose my weight for good. It’s not that I eat a ton or am just lazy.
