It’s important to realize that these obesity statistics do not just involve adult, who are in a position to act on information that can solve their weight problems.  Obesity in children is now so alarming, and affects so many children that none of us can afford to ignore it.  Today there are children born already addicted to carbohydrate.  They start school where they are given carbohydrate foods  that can only serve to worsen their carbohydrate addiction.

This will guarantee even higher obesity statistics in the future.
