That means Nutritionists, Diet Guru’s and most ruthless of all, cereal and snack food manufacturers.

And yes, carbohydrate food Can Kill You!

It causes morbid obesity, type2 diabetes, heart disease, colon and bowel cancer. All of them deadly.

Even a low carbohydrate diet can make you fat!

How is that possibly?

Your Body automatically converts every carbohydrate food you eat to glucose.

There are no exceptions. To your body all carbohydrate food gets treated the same. Your body converts it to glucose. What is glucose it’s liquid sugar. It’s the fuel your body burns when you use some energy. If you dont use much energy you won’t spend much fuel. Your body can’t store glucose, if you don’t use it on the day, it get’s converted to fat and stored on your body for the next day. As you can see, you can accumulate a lot of fat just by eating more carbohydrate food than you can burn for fuel.
