Once Upon a time, Everyone knew what is protein!
But today, because of an extremely low protein diet, our kids grow up fat, listless and unhealthy. High protein foods are vital to the human body. particularly to children, while they go through their growth period. A protein rich diet was once essential. That’s because proteins were known as the building blocks of life. If you want to prevent further obesity in children, stop listening to self appointed experts and start learning exactly why everybody is getting fat.
What you need is an honest answer to what is protein?
These days, that is almost impossible to get. That’s why we all must learn how to understand our own body. How it works and what it does with the food we eat.
