I made this video about six months ago and forgot all about it. I think it’s time to bring it out and show it to you. It has an important message to anyone who is a carbohydrate addicted.

If you are addicted to carbohydrates, you need to understand your addiction.  You need to learn how to cure it and how to get your own metabolism to help you, not just to lose weight, but to get you the fastest, best weight loss possible.  It will be without a diet and best of all, the weight loss is permanent.

You see, getting the best weight loss is one of your body’s innate capabilities.

Carbohydrate addiction is not a cute, quirky craving for sweets or chocolate, its an occasionally deadly addiction which shares symptoms with other addictions like drugs, alcohol and tobacco.

To get the best weight loss you simply have to work with your body instead of against it!

The last thing you want to do, when you are ready to cure your carbohydrate addiction, is go on a diet. This video will explain why!
