Is a Healthy Lifestyle Good For Our Body?
We diet because we think it is important to a healthy lifestyle.
Yet, forty years ago most people were slim and healthy and did not diet at all.
We have lost our connection to our own internal body. We no longer understand the type of food our body needs.
We listen to people who tell us that our body adapts to the food we eat. That’s completely false. The human body
does not adapt, it evolves. Evolution takes eons! We need to pay attention to our body. Not just our appearance , but our internal
system where all the really important stuff happens.
