I’m afraid I recently had my own healthy lifestyle news!
It has kept me off the internet for several weeks. I am gradually returning to my old healthy lifestyle. I hope soon to post more free articles for you to enjoy. More important, particularly to me, is the fact that my new book, The Carbohydrate Addicts Manual is about to be published. I just need a little bit more time to recover before the launch.
If anyone of you reading this has a weight problem. If you know you are not following a healthy lifestyle. If you don’t understand what has caused you to get fat, and why the weight never stays off for good no matter how diligently you diet. If you worry that your kids are heading for the same bad healthy lifestyle news, probably saddled with a lifetime of weight problems, then you need the carbohydrate addicts manual.
It truly is a manual. You will discover how your body actually works. How it treats the food you eat. How your body is designed to respond when you diet. Why the weight you lose always returns – eventually. Why, with each diet you get a little bit fatter. I hope by now you realize how obvious it is that the needs of your body are the first things to be considered. Particularly by those who take license to presume they know what a healthy lifestyle should mean to you. Especially when they casually promote their theories and diets to the general public. The thing is, before they can presume to know your body, they at least need to know the right questions and answers. Whether by design, or by lack of knowledge, a genuine healthy lifestyle is not what they deliver.
Fifty years ago, most people understood their own body. They could readily teach you about the healthy lifestyle they had inherited from their grandparents. They would give you the answers nobody seems to know today. What has happened? Our internal body has become mystified by a culture that encourages us to seek expert advise on everything. This idea is being nurtured and passed on by institutions, corporations, businesses and professions. They all have a vested interest, not least in making sure you adopt their diets and other so called healthy lifestyle choices. Today anyone can be an expert.
Sure, they want you to lose weight. They just don’t want you to lose weight for good. How then can they continue to promote their mystical knowledge about what is healthy lifestyle news ? Untested theories that will keep you and your family on the hook forever.
Why do you need the carbohydrate addicts manual? Knowledge is power and with the power of knowing how your body operates and what causes you to get fat, you will free yourself of the surrounding hype and gain control of your body.
That will be the best healthy lifestyle news you can get and you will never have to worry about a diet again.

I do recommend exercise. Not because it is necessary to lose weight but simply because it is good for you. Exercise to make up for the lack of activity inherent in today’s lifestyle is very important. Not for the purpose of losing weight but to keep your muscles and joints in good healthy and supple condition. I follow a very simple, daily routine which I explain in my first book, My Own Plan, by Kirsten Plotkin. But ultimately, a daily half hour brisk walk is all you ever need to do to keep your body well oiled and active. I just happen to like exercising. This advice is based on 69 years of experience so it is safe and wise to follow!
