In my case It is my mission and I am totally devoted to sharing what I know.  It’s a forty year old  weight loss secret I share with very few other people. Most of those people  Will never share the secret with anyone.  Why?  They depend on it for their status and income.  If they tell you, the truth about weight problems, the knowledge will spread, you will no longer need them and they’ll be out of business.

So what is my secret?  The video will have given you some clues.  I was able to get my body to actually help me lose weight for good.  It was not that difficult and it did not take that long.  But it went against everything the ‘experts’ tell and what we are being taught today.

My weight loss has so far lasted more than 7 years.  It happened because my body helped me to cure my carbohydrate addiction and re-activate my metabolism.  I did exactly what my body wanted me to do and as a reward, I got the dreamed of weight loss that will last for good.

I know my weight loss will never return as long as I continue to consider my body when I make a decision about food.
