An Obesity Diet - Ridicules!
It’s time to confront our obesity diet!
Our most common diet is not called an obesity diet, but that’s exactly what is is. The carbohydrates foods so widely recommended today, make us fat, expose us to type2 diabetes, and turn us into carbohydrate addicts. Not only does it risk our own long term health but it threatens our children as well.
An obesity diet in relation to carbohydrate addiction doesn’t sound very crazy to carbohydrate addiction. That’s because an obesity diet is usually the cause of their addiction. Nobody chose a carbohydrate addiction, but somebody should have been there ready to warn people that to turn our diet upside down needed some careful consideration.
When we switched to carbohydrate foods , -our diet basically became an obesity diet. A diet completely reverse to what the body had been used to for generations. It was inevitable that carbohydrate addiction and type2 diabetes would cause serious health problems in the future.
Of course, an obesity diet became our everyday diet and nobody was there to try to stop it!
