Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

Donald Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

Donald asks…

I’m going on a protein diet, what foods should I eat?

I don’t just want to constantly have steaks all the time. What are some other good high protein foods.?   Also does a protein diet help you lose weight?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

admin answers:

A protein diet includes all kinds of lean meats – chicken turkey, beef, lamb,pork,- also  fish, seafood and eggs.  You can add olive oil butter and mayonnaise.  You can include small amounts of nuts, yellow cheese and avocado.  As for low carb foods, here is where you want to be very careful.   Use only leafy greens and vegetables normally referred to as green vegetables.  Avoid all processed carbohydrate.  If it comes with a label, don’t eat it.  If your aim is to lose weight, do not allow your vegetables to exceed 10% of your meals, at least till you have lost the weight.

Just remember. A  Protein diet was once known by everyone as the building blocks of life.  We can live comfortably without carbohydrate.  We have done so many times, for long periods in our history.  What we cannot exist without is high protein foods.  For extra fast weight loss, simply avoid carbohydrate till the weight has gone.

One other thing – you may find yourself with a lot of extra energy and may require less sleep. Since your body won’t be using incoming carbohydrate as its fuel source, it will be forced to use your already stored body fat.   Body fat is a very efficient fuel.  You body will do well without it.

Robert Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

Robert asks…

I need more protein in my diet what foods are usually in a protein diet?

I’m a vegetarian and need more proteins food in my diet.  I don’t eat fish either what proteins food can I eat apart from eggs?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

admin answers:

You need high protein foods because as a vegetarian you are eating a carbohydrate diet.  Your digestive and intestinal system were not created for a carbohydrate diet.  If you want a healthy life, you need to make peace with your body.  You do that by eating the type of food your body understands.  Rather than the food YOU prefer.   After all, it’s not you that has to work to process the food.

John Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

John asks…

A low protein diet for my pet rats?

I need to put my rat on a low protein diet (the vet said) so cut out all high protein foods like meat, most dairy products, soy, etc. Can anyone give me a list of foods which are ideal for a Low protein diet?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

admin answers:

With the exception of hard yellow cheese, all dairy food is carbohydrate.  So is all fruit and vegetables.  All grains and processed foods like bread, pasta and rice.  I have never had a pet rat so I don’t know what to recommend.  Look into Suebee’s rat diet (google it) its a healthy home mixed diet and there will be an option for a low  protein diet.

Paul Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

Paul asks…

I need to put my 10 year old dog on a low protein diet. What specialized dog foods are available?

He has been diagnosed with early stage kidney disease. It has been recommended that I put him on a low protein diet to help control the disease. He is currently taking antibiotics and the vet also recommends regular blood and urine testing to be sure it doesn’t get worse.

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

admin answers:

I think you would be VERY happy with the Eukaneuba brand.. However, Do Not Put Your Dog On Eukaneuba all of a sudden…. Mix your regular dog food with eukaneuba and then gradually increase the proportion of eukaneuba, until you have converted completely to eukaneuba.

Lisa Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [high protein foods]

Charles Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [high protein foods]

Charles asks…

What’s the advantages of eating high protein foods daily?

What will happen to your body system if you intake primarily meats that contain high protein foods as calorie sources and eat minimal low carb foods such as whole grain bread in moderation?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [high protein foods]

admin answers:

Clearly you have a wrong understanding of high protein foods and of low carb foods.  All meat, poultry, fish, seafood and eggs, are 100% high protein foods.  There is no such thing as a piece of meat that is part carbohydrate - unless you cover it with breadcrumbs.  Food is either protein, carbohydrate, or fat.  Wholegrain bread, and any other flour based product is 100% carbohydrate.  What’s worse, its a type of carbohydrate our body has not evolved to process.    You can mix these foods on a plate, but once they enter your body they are processed according to what they are.

Think of it this way:  We, as people, are usually quick to adapt to changes and new circumstances.  That’s because we [our minds] have learned how to adapt.  But our body NEVER adapts.  It EVOLVES.   Evolution takes centuries. Not a few decades.   Throughout evolution, our foods evolved along with our body.  That meant our body learnt to accommodate  new foods as they were added.  These were natural foods that were part of nature.

So to answer you question.  You can eat as much high protein foods as you like as long as you replace the fat content that the butcher removed before you bought it.  As to carbohydrate?  Try to limit it to natural, unprocessed low carb foods.  Don’t let carbohydrate exceed 20% of your daily intake.   If you follow this advice, and you have a weight problem, you’ll get the best weight loss.   But you’ll not be able to sustain that weight loss for very long.  Not unless you first cure what is likely to be your carbohydrate addiction.  The fact is: We can live without carbohydrate and remain healthy.  We have done so, many times, over many centuries.  What we cannot live without is high protein foods!

Maria Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [high protein foods]

Maria asks…

What would be suitable high protein foods?

I have been doing a low carbs, high protein diet for a few weeks now. High protein foods like Chicken breast or Tuna + Broccoli or Yam every 2-3 hrs, 6-7 times a day and Optimum whey protein shake 1-2 times. I have been losing fat pretty good in the beginning weeks but looks like i hit the brick wall. I was thinking if i could switch High protein food with just Optimum Whey protein shakes ?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [high protein foods]

admin answers:

I would avoid the shakes and stick to natural high protein foods.   All  vegetables and fruit – without exception, are carbohydrates.   Make sure your intake of carbs food does not exceed 20% of your diet. Drink LOTS of water, eat greens and avoid startches like yams and wweet potatoes. toppings, you are probably defeating the healthful benefits.

Good luck.

Donna Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [high protein foods]

Donna asks…

Questions about low carbs, high protein foods?

Hey everyone, im going to start a low carbohydrates,  high protein diet. What kind of foods can I eat? and if you could please write me up a diet. i know its asking alot but all help is appreciated. Also, will doing push ups, sit ups, and chin ups help me put on alot of muscle on the diet? I will also be riding a mountain bike almost every day to help lose fat. All help is very much appreciated.

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [high protein foods]

admin answers:

You ask for more than  I have space for.  But here it goes. You will lose more body fat  by eating proteins food with fat – Than not eating at all.  If that sounds confusing let me explain:  The fat you eat is not body fat.  Body fat is produced by your body from the carbs food you eat- but do not use to burn calories.  In other words: The more excess carbohydrates you eat – The fatter you get.   To lose weight fast, eat all you want, but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter & half an avocado a day (for added potassium). Forget calories.  Keep the the fat percentage high, at least 65% of high protein foods.  Green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

The processed carbohydrates, (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) trigger insulin (the ONLY fat storage hormone) That’s what makes you fat.  The more proteins food the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. That’s how you lose weight.

Why Are Obesity Statistics Climbing? [video]

Today’s obesity Statistics

Warn us that by 2020, 80% of us will be fat. The question is: Will you be one of them?

To learn more, watch this video about obesity statistics!

It’s important to realize that these obesity statistics do not just involve adult, who are in a position to act on information that can solve their weight problems.  Obesity in children is now so alarming, and affects so many children that none of us can afford to ignore it.  Today there are children born already addicted to carbohydrate.  They start school where they are given carbohydrate foods  that can only serve to worsen their carbohydrate addiction.

This will guarantee even higher obesity statistics in the future.

What Is Protein and Why Is Everybody Getting Fat?

Once Upon a time, Everyone knew what is protein!

But today, because of an extremely low protein diet, our kids grow up fat, listless and unhealthy.  High protein foods  are vital to the human body. particularly to children, while they go through their growth period.  A protein rich diet was once essential. That’s because proteins were known as the building blocks of life.  If you want to prevent further obesity in children, stop listening to self appointed experts and start learning exactly why everybody is getting fat.

What you need is an honest answer to what is protein?

These days, that is almost impossible to get. That’s why we all must learn how to understand our own body. How it works and what it does with the food we eat.  My recent book, The Carbohydrate Addicts Manual, explains all that and it also shows you exactly how you can prevent – even reverse obesity in your family.

Here are a few questions you should  ask:

1. Why are parents not given the facts they need to prevent obesity in children?

2.  Why are ‘diet experts’ not held accountable for their misinformation?

3. Why has the workings of your body become everybody’s business – except yours?

Click here to find an Ezine Article.  It will answer many of your questions.

Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [best weight loss program]

Helen Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [best weight loss program]

Helen asks…

What is the quickest, best weight loss program without pills?

I’m 4’11 and weigh 120. My stomach is my BIGGEST problem. It’s not huge, but it’s not flat either. Also my thighs and hips icon razz Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [best weight loss program]

I want to fix these problems quickly and get on the best weight loss program before prom. Any suggestions? Aside from PILLS!

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [best weight loss program]

admin answers:

Cooperating, and making friends with your body will get you not only the quickest, but the best weight loss possible.   That’s because when you help your body, it will help you lose all the for good.  There was a time, before we ruined it with diets, that our metabolism controlled and balanced our weight naturally.  You don’t get a weight loss from chemicals.  An artificial weight loss, will always come back.  Your own body will make sure of that.   Not until you do what your body wants you to do – will you get not only the best weight loss.  You’ll lose the weight for good.  Isn’t that the only best weight loss program that counts?  What’s even better,  your body will help you maintain the weight loss.

Any Weight lost by dieting will always come back, and always with a bit of extra fat. That’s because your body is programmed to recognize a famine – not a diet.  Nature didn’t anticipate that human beings would starve themselves on purpose.  So our body is designed to always recover the weight we lose.  It even adds a little extra for future protection.  That’s nature!

All you have to do is learn and understand your body. Discover what it does with your food after you’ve eaten it.  Then it can get back to doing the job it was designed to do.  You’ve got to eat the food your body wants, not what you want.  Sounds simple right?  it would be, if wasn’t for thousands of completely unqualified people, like nutritionists and diet gurus.

They talk and write about their ideas about the best weight loss plan for you.  Yet their idea are never based on the actual function and requirements of your body.  They are simply based on the quality, appearance taste and so called ‘nutritional value’ of the carbohydrate foods they ‘feel’ we should eat.  They claim a low carb diet will be the quickest, best weight loss program.   You see, this is a giant industry that depends on your addiction to carbohydrate and your continued confusion about how to get the best weight loss.  They will continue to muddy the water, because if you stop believing in diets, The diet experts will stop making money.

What you need to know is that your body converts all the carbohydrate you eat to glucose.  Glucose is liquid sugar.  There is no health value attached to liquid sugar. How could there be, it’s sugar!  But it is useful as the stuff your body likes to use for fuel.  The trouble is, if you don’t do a lot of physical exercise, you won’t burn much fuel.  Our body is not equipped to store glucose.  Every day it is forced to convert and store any leftover glucose as  body fat.  That is not the fat you eat.  It is the the excess carbohydrate you have been unable to burn in energy.  The more carbohydrate  you eat the sooner you’ll get fat.

Hope this information helps you. But if you really want to learn the quickest , best weight loss program  to lose weight, you will need to learn exactly how to get your body back on track.  You’ll also need to understand how to recognize the food your body wants.  You’ll find that information, and much more in,

Laura Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [best weight loss program]

Laura asks…

What is the quickest, best weight loss program without taking diet pills?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [best weight loss program]

admin answers:

Using diet pills, counting calories, doing detox – they all have one thing in common.  Whatever weight you lost, even if it promises – and delivers the best weight loss,  The weight is guaranteed to return -plus a little extra for protection against the next diet.  Be truly honest with yourself. Stop for a moment and analyse the previous best weight loss programs you’ve experienced.  Consider the success rates your friends have had. It will bring you to only one conclusion.  Diets Don’t Work.  They are a fantasy, just like anti-aging and other mind induced promises by advertisers.  Diets are harmful to your metabolism and digestive system.  They will inevitably lead you to obesity, type2 diabetes, heart disease, colon cancer and bowel cancer.  And these are just the life threatening diseases you risk every time you embark on a diet.

Certain questions tend to be asked repeatedly, like:  ”How do I lose weight,” or more specifically, “How do I lose weight off my stomach?”  have been very popular. They highlight some general misconceptions about weight loss. The fact is; diets simply don’t work, they can’t.  Our body won’t let them.  Without enlisting the help and support of your body, you’ll never lose weight for long.  If you do trust your body and pay attention you will get the best weight loss ever.  But what is even more important than a mere weight loss – This will be the first and only time you’ll get a permanent weight loss!

I have found that exercise has little if any bearing on getting the quickest, best weight loss.  But is is important if you want to maintain a fit, well toned body.  This is particularly so during a phase of fast weight loss.

Here are a couple of best weight loss tips I’ve picked up along the way.

The old myth about working your abs to burn belly fat isn’t true. To get rid of love handles, you need to lose overall fat. That happens when you eat the right food and keep you body toned while losing the weight.

The important thing to remember about the best weight loss program is to make sure it is the program you body approves of.  If not, the weight is guaranteed to come back.

Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

Jenny Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

Jenny asks…

what are serious side effects of a low-carb, high-protein diet?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

admin answers:

Possible bad breath.  Apart from that, it is not only the healthiest way to eat – it is the way our ancestors lived and we would not be here today if they hadn’t.   On our present, recommended diet, we are on a collision course with nature and our own mortality.

Susan Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

Susan asks…

How does a “low-carb” high protein diet really work?

I’m asking this question for an assignment that I have for college level biology. Also, try to answer, Why would a high protein diet lead to weight loss, and is the weight loss sustainable? And, what might be the negative side effects of a protein diet?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

admin answers:

Your body turns all carbs food into glucose.  That’s the fuel your body uses to spend energy.  Most of us eat more carbs food than our body can convert to glucose and spend for fuel.   Our body cannot store glucose.  What you don’t use each day is converted  to body fat.  That’s the fat that gets stored on your body.  It’s not the same fat that you eat.  Body fat can only come from glucose, which is normally derived from carbs food.

All carbs food is addictive.  Once you become a carbohydrate addict, you face all the same problems faced by any other addict.  Cravings, headaches and other physical pains, as well as withdrawal symptoms.

Proteins food is critical to human survival.  It’s what builds and mends our skin, bones, muscles, tissue and organs.   Carbs food is not so important.  In moderation, natural carbs food will add flavor to your diet.  But too much, and it can ultimately kill you. How? morbid obesity, type2 diabetes, heart disease, colon and bowel cancer.

William Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

William asks…

What can I do to manage sugar cravings caused by Seroquel, a mood stabilizer?

I asked this question in the mental health category, but got no response except some stupid advertising that had nothing to do with my question, so I’m trying it out here.

I’ve tried cutting out sugar all together, but then I end up on a crazy sugar binge. I’ve tried a high protein diet,  low carbs diet, but that only exacerbates my irritable bowel syndrome.  I am at my wits end. I’ve gained 25 lbs in 9 months and I feel sluggish. The weight gain has also affected my self-esteem. I’ve talked with my psychiatrist and she is no help at all. And going off my meds is not an option, unless I want another freaking crazy manic episode. Other mood stabilizers have similar or worse side effects. I really don’t know what to do, and I don’t just want to accept my weight and let it stay the way it is because it is not healthy. Any tips are most welcome. Thanks.

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

admin answers:

To solve your variety of problems you need to focus on one at a time.  You are undoubtedly addicted to carbohydrates.  That’ll make you depressed and unhappy.  You’ll crave carbs food as you’ve already notice with sugar.  Carbs food is highly addictive and as an addict, you need to avoid it as much as possible.  First make a decision to cure your addiction.  Most of your problems spring from that.  It means an ultra low carbs diet, Which is basically a protein diet.   Limit your carbs food to leafy greens and green vegetables.  Do not eat sugar -period.  Sugar is a carbs food and it is feeding your addiction.  All carbs food leads to addiction.   it causes obesity, type2 diabetes, heart disease, bowel and colon cancer.

When you avoid carbs food you can expect some withdrawal symptoms.  If you persevere for at least a week, the symptoms will disappear.  As to you bowel problems.  I suggest you take a large spoon of Natural, pure wheat bran twice a day.  My advice may be very different to others who claim to be ‘expert’, but they are either ignorant with regard to how our body works, or they have a financial agenda.  There is no health value in a carbohydrates.  That is a fantasy created by cereal manufacturers and other diet food producers.

Human beings have managed without carbs food, many times, for long periods, over many centuries.  Carbs food provides flavor for your tastebuds and fuel for your body. But only when you have energy to spend.  If you don’t spend all the fuel, your body converts it to body fat.  That’s the fat that makes you fat.   The more carbs food you eat – the fatter you’re likely to get.  What is protein?  It’s that vital stuff that builds and mends your bones, skin, muscle, tissue and organs.

We can live perfectly well without carbs food, but we cannot exist without proteins food!

Sharon Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

Sharon asks…

Dealing with some weird symptoms please help?

So I am epileptic and taking meds which already have their many side effects.A little over a year ago I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia which is a form of diabetes. In my family my grandparents from my father’s side both have diabetes,my dad might have the beginning of diabetes(where you do not use a needle and are still producing insulin),my sister did a test and figured out that she is hyperglycemic and predisposed to diabetes which also puts me at risk. Here is the twist:I would go and eat out with my bf at the time and would be so dizzy but thought that I did not have enough food to eat so I would grab some lunch only to have my headaches return after my meal.

That continued for a semester and I found out that I was hypoglycemic when I went to the doctors on campus asking them what is wrong. After the tests came back and the results came I was advised to eat meat which I get tired of a lot so they advised a high proteins food and low carbs diet.So I followed that but even so when ever I would go out or especially after I would eat a bowl of pasta with chicken on top(grilled) and minimal or no dressing I would still be dizzy or rather what it felt like a headache gone bad. That in the end has cost my GPA to go down for the past 3 semesters as my health deteriorated.

Last semester before finding out that I was pregnant and after having a miscariage I still had headaches caused by what I had no idea,I would have to keep a bottle of Advil and one of Exedrin with me for migranes as well.As of now when I am with my family and friends they think that having something sweet like a cookie or a glass of soda with cure it or spike my sugar level which it will do but temporary.I am worried because I have not as much energy as before,I have these headaches or lite headeness that I had before and I know that something is not right. My sister told me to get tested with the same test she did and see what the outcome is.I am 25 years old,120-125 lbs,5 foot 5 inches and petite.I need someone’s help on what to do because all I feel like doing is sleeping the day away, when I was at the mall the other day I had a shake and I had the biggest headache even though I had some food to eat. What should I do?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

admin answers:

One of the problems with self diagnosis is that the quality of your health service depends on the quality of your health provider.   Your priority should be to cure your carbohydrate addiction.  If you don’t, you will end up with type2 diabetes and believe me; you are going to hate the diet you’ll be forced to follow then.  So get off the carbs food diet right now and get some proteins food into your body.  Pasta is not protein. Neither is bread, sugar and all the other stuff to which you are addicted.  What is protein? Protein is meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs, hard yellow cheese.  You should also include fat like oil, butter and mayo .  It prevents hunger and it combines with protein for best result.  Although they are a carbs food, you can also add leafy greens, green vegetables and berries to your protein diet.

But most important of all.  It’s time you get some genuine medical advice.  First is a neurologist about these headaches and second is a GI doctor to find out why you are getting these problems after you eat.  These doctors will get to the bottom of what is going on with you. Please have your doctor give you a referral in the morning for them. You don’t need to be tested for the same thing as your sister as she is a different person, with different problems.

Daniel Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]4

Daniel asks…

Hair loss after carbohydrate meals, but not much after a protein diet..?

I think this could have something to do with blood sugar levels and maybe when my blood sugar levels get too high with carbs food they cause my hair to fall out more…I was off a med that I was on for years that kept my blood sugar low as a side effect..now I’m noticing it more..I feel better when my blood sugar is higher than it was then but the hair loss is more and I can notice it after eating a meal with a lot of carbs food.  Will  exercise hurt or help in hair loss and is there any supplement I can take to prevent blood sugar from spiking too much without making me having low blood sugar for a long period of time…I figure a low carbs diet would keep my hair lasting longer but do not wish to go that route
P.S. by carbs I also mean refined carbs food like sugars too

How I Ditched My Junk Food Diets For Good! [video]

I finally ditched all those junk food diets!

What is a junk food diet?

It’s any diet that ends up making you fatter than when you began.

For twenty years, I tried every diet invented and always finished up a little fatter.

Then I gave up what I now like to call junk food diets and began to listen to my body.

I have remained slim for more than 7 years. This is about how I did it!

You get headaches and cravings because you are addicted to carbs food.  Your craving for bread, pasta and junk food  are all craving for carbohydrates. When you are an addict – no matter what the addiction symptoms,  curing it must comes first.  Once the addiction is gone so are your cravings.  Imagine spending a day without once thinking about junk food or bread or pasta or any other carbs food.  If you DO think about them, it will be because you marvel at how you DON’T miss them at all.  Therefore, your first mission on your way to normalcy is to cure your addiction.

I know you probably have no idea how to do that.  Most people don’t. That’s why I have written The Carbohydrate Addicts Manual.   Make your life easy and read this book.   Not only will you cure your addiction, but you will also cure your weight problem for good!

Chris Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [junk food V Addiction]

Chris asks…

How can I curb my addiction for junk food and carbs?

I normally eat healthy but I eat too much carbs food, I’m active and in the “healthy” weight range but I’m not as thin as I’d like to be. I don’t want to completely cut out carbs foodbecause I feel that’s considered a fad diet and if you cut something out you crave it more.

If you are not yet addicted to carbs food, then you are in a very fortunate position.  First you need to know that carbs food is not essential to human life.  During past centuries, even mere seasons, we have often done without cabs food and suffered no adverse results.  I know so called experts like to say otherwise but they have a vested interest in your belief that carbs food is essential.  What is essential is proteins food.  We simply can’t exist without proteins food.  It’s the stuff that builds and mends our bones skin, muscles, tissue and organs.

All carbs food can do for you is provide you with fuel when you are ready to burn energy.  If you don’t spend any energy you won’t burn any fuel.  Your body can’t store fuel and is forced to convert it to body fat.  That’s the fat that sticks to your body and clogs your arteries.  Body fat is not the same as the fat you eat.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t eat a bit of carbs food, I’m just saying you don’t need to.  If you can maintain a ratio of 70% protein, Maximum 20% carbs food and 10% fat, and you avoid all processed food. Then you will make your metabolism and digestive system very happy.  Why?  Because you’ll be eating the kind of food your body has been designed to digest.  That means your body will be able to control and balance your weight as it was always meant to do.

John Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [junk food V Addiction]

John asks…

What SSRI appears to cause the least amount of weight gain and addiction to carbs food?

I am absolutely serious. Is there one that is better than the others? SSRI’s seem to help me the best. Welbutrin didn’t help and SSNRI’s (Effexor) make me feel like I am too anxious. Please, don’t hand me the malarky about the natural approach. Tried it, doesn’t work. If it did, everyone would do it. Thanks for your help.

I love cabs food! I exercise a little bit everyday, but how can I curb my love for those little suckers?? I swore I would never be overweight, and I think cutting some carbs food is nessecary. But then when I don’t eat carbs food, I’m not full, so I eat more stuff!! HELP!

I’m forced to ask you: How would you curb your addiction [cravings] to drugs or alcohol if you suffered from that?   There is only one answer to an addiction and that’s to cure it.   If you can’t live without a substance, you are an addict.  The good news is, Once you cure your addiction, you also cure your symptoms.  A cure means no more cravings, no more binges and no more hunger or withdrawal pains.

Your hunger for carbs food is like a withdrawal from drugs.  It’s the #1 addiction symptom.  Cure that and your whole life will take on a new meaning.  They call an addiction ‘a monkey on your back’.  No matter what you do, or where you go, its always there, weighing you down and controlling your thoughts.  This may be your first and only chance to get rid of your monkey!

All the information you need is in the Carbohydrate Addicts Manual.  Read it, get yourself cured, and start a fresh new life.  A life where you are finally in control of your own destiny.

Charles Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [junk food V Addiction]

Charles asks…

Might depression medication help me avoid junk food, sugar and other carbs food?

I have a life long addiction to chocolates, cakes, cookies and other carbs food. I think it’s a way for me to boost my mood because I am depressed. I am going to get help for my depression. If I take medication for depression might it reduce my urge to eat the sweets?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [junk food V Addiction]

admin answers:

It may well be that your depression is caused by your carbs food diet.  There have been several studies that link depression to food choices.  All Carbs food is highly addictive. If it makes up more than 20% of your diet then you probably have an addiction.   Once addicted, you’ll be unable to avoid carbs food and you will get fat.   Combine an addiction with being fat and there’s a good chance that you’ll suffer depression.

You need to get your priorities right.  Begin by curing your carbs food   addiction.  Anti depressants won’t help you do that.  When your addiction is gone you’ll feel a lot better. You’ll feel better still, when you realize you have lost your weight problem.  When you no longer have a weight problem, you are far less likely to feel depressed.  However, should you still be depressed after all that, you should seek medical help.  Watch the video on the link below.  I think it will help you see some things more clearly.
