Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

Betty Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

Betty asks…

What has caused the Obesity in children?

What is this problem with obesity in children that’s happening in America? I was doing this research on how America is feeding us fat on a silver platter. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

admin answers:

We do not actually have a fat problem.  In fact, there is far less fat in our meat for example, than there used to be when people were still slim and health.   Our problem is with body fat.  That kind of fat has nothing to do with the fat we eat.  What is body fat?  It is the fat produced by your own body from the excess carbohydrates foods you eat and are unable to burn for energy.

Here is the way it works.  Your body converts every single carbohydrate you eat into glucose.  Glucose is liquid sugar.  It is the fuel that runs your body.  Your body does not categorize carbohydrates.  It treats them all equally.  There are only two types of carbohydrates.   Those that are easy for your body to digest.  They are the natural carbs food that grow in nature, like on trees on bushes and on the ground.  These are the carbs food that were gradually incorporated into out traditional diet over many centuries.

The other kind of carbohydrates foods are those the human body has not learned to incorporate and process.  Evolution takes centuries, not decades.  Those types of carbohydrates foods are human made.  They are processed and come to you from a manufacturing plant or factory.  they are not suitable for the human digestive system which has not evolved to process them.  The give our body difficult, excessive work that ultimately causes serious medical problems.  It is not the food we eat at McDonalds that presents the greatest danger.  It is the food we keep at home in our pantry.

These facts are becoming more widely recognize.  That’s why we are suddenly beginning to hear about low carb diets.  In actual fact, a low carb diet means a high protein diet.  So why isn’t it called that?  There are two reasons, and neither reason is related to the consumer.  To the food industry, the word ‘protein’ is very scary.  It raises the prospect that people will find out that our body was designed for a protein diet and that carbs food is not an essential food.  The other reason is that they don’t want it to become widely known that people have existed without carbs food, for lengthy periods throughout history.  We can survive without carbs food.  We cannot survive without proteins food.

The food industry always makes products using carbohydrates foods.  I can think of only two exceptions.  Pork rinds and Jerky.  Everything else that comes packaged in some way, and has a shelf life, is not natural food.  There is little or no money in the manufacture of proteins food.  That is a business left to the meat and poultry producing industries.

As the writing on the wall becomes more visible to more people, the food industry are beginning to play with words.   There is now an attempt to couple carbohydrates with proteins food.  Certain packaging suggests you can now get a high protein cereal.  That’s best described as an oxymoron.   So is the term ‘low carb food‘ valid?  A food is either a carbs food, or a proteins food.  it cannot be both.  Not if nature has made it.   There is also an attempt to denigrate proteins food as a food that can be eaten in excess and is dangerous in large amounts.  That is not only false, it’s ludicrous.

So let me explain the real difference between protein and carbohydrates.   As already mentioned, all carbs food ends up inside your system as glucose.  Just like your car; when you fill up with gas – nothing happens.  Not till you get behind the wheel and drive it.   In the same way, you body will only use the glucose when you spend some energy.  It cannot store glucose.  If you can’t use it, it is turned into fat and stored on your body.  In other words.  The more carbs food you eat the fatter you get.  Carbohydrates foods do not produce energy.  They merely provide the fuel whenever you feel like using some energy.

As to proteins food.  That’s the stuff that builds and mends your bones, muscles, tissue, skin and organs.  It is paramount for a healthy human body.  We have proved over centuries that we cannot live without proteins food.  When carbs food has not been available, the body has always used proteins food instead.  That is not unusual.

Take a good look around and see what a diet of carbohydrates foods do to human beings.  They get fat, they get obese, they get type2 diabetes, they get colon and bowel cancer and they are far more likely to get heart disease.

When it comes to the food you SHOULD eat:  The first consideration is not whether YOU will enjoy the food.  It’s whether YOUR BODY will enjoy it!

Steven Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

Steven asks…

Is obesity in children in America getting better or worse?

What is the news on the problem with obesity in children? Not to sound offensive, but is America’s children still getting fatter?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

admin answers:

The answer is YES, and obesity in children will continue to get worse still we come to our senses.  To cure our kids we have to cure ourselves first.  We have to begin to listen to our body instead of a lot of phoney diet talk.  If you don’t believe that, look around.  More and more people are getting fat every day.  Sixty percent today.  That’s expected to reach eighty percent by 2020.  If we were doing something even close to right; We would see fewer and fewer people get fat.

Donna Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

Donna asks…

How should our schools address obesity in children?

Besides promoting nurtition and exercise, do schools have any further responsibility for obesity in children? Should schools make nutrition and exercise classes mandatory to kids who have a very unhealthy BMI? Should this be the responsibility of the parents instead? Is this a form of child neglect that requires state intervention?

How should our schools address obesity in children?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

admin answers:

The state is even less educated about obesity in children and the the right diet – than parents.  They are under the influence of a powerful food industry lobby that does not have  our interests at heart.  So Yes, parents should take responsibility for this.  Unfortunately, many obviously don’t.

James Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

James asks…

Is the obesity epidemic in general full of myths or “truths”?

I want to know if many of the claimed health risk about obesity has some truth to it or just myths. If so, does diet, religious beliefs, and/or genetics contribute to the obesity epidemic, particularly obesity in children that is presented in the United States, according to the media?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [obesity in children]

admin answers:

The only thing that affects obesity in children and in adults, is the food we choose to eat.  Neither religion or genetics have anything to do with it.  I want you to read the first answer on this page.  It will explain everything you need to know.   You can also take a look at the video at the link below:

Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

Nancy Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

Nancy asks…

Question about low carb foods as a food sources?

Assume I eat 20 twinkies ok, and the carbs food I from that is say 100.  Are these carbs food JUST as good as carbohydrates from rice, or a potato. Now, im just using an example cause i wanna know if the carbs  food source matters when calculation how much carbohydrates I eat.

I understand a Twinkies isnt a good choice when you can get it from potato’s and rice, but is the 1 carb in a Twinkies, the same as 1 carb rice.now, i dont wanna hear about all the sugars, fats, and so on in a Twinkies, focus on the carb.
is the carb the same as the carb in rice, the carb ONLY…

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

admin answers:

Everything you have mentioned is a carbs food.   In the final analysis, your body turns all carbs food into glucose.  Glucose is sugar.  It’s what your body uses for fuel.  So in that sense, you would have to say that all carbs food is the same.  But that isn’t quite correct.  There are 2 types of carbs food.  1. The kind your body has evolved with and has had centuries to understand.  They are therefore easy to process.  2. And the kind you might call new carbs food.  These are mostly manufactured eg. human made foods that the body has not learned to deal with.  Potato and sugar fall into that category, at least for Caucasians, as they are a late introduction to the western diet.

The aim is to please your body. That will keep you healthy and ensure you maintain your normal weight.  If you overeat the same amount of twinkies and potatoes, you have the same chance of gaining weight.  Both are equally bad for you.

Good carbs food are those that are natural.  They grow on trees, bushes and on the ground.  Your body understands those food because they are part of the diet we evolved with as human beings.

Laura Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

Laura asks…

Why do we depend on low carb foods?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

admin answers:

We don’t and we shouldn’t.  The manufactured food industry depends on low carb foods to remain in business.   As to human beings, we depend on proteins food, for our health and survival.  Unfortunately we have become addicted to carbohydrates foods.   This is evident by the fact that everybody seems to be getting fat!

Through history, human beings have existed for long periods – without carbohydrates foods.  We have never been able to exist without proteins food.  If you take a look in a schoolyard today, you will see what too much carbohydrates foods and a lack of proteins food can do to little kids.

A food is either a carbs food or a proteins food. It can’t be both.  Here is a list of some natural carbs food. These foods are low in simple sugars and are least likely to promote weight gain.

Apples

Blackberries

Blackcurrants

Cherry

Cranberries

Grapefruit

Kiwi

Lemon

Melon

Oranges

Peach

Pear

Plum

Raspberries

Strawberries

Macadamia nuts

Almonds

If you have one of these as a snack every day, you will get all the carbs food  your body will ever need.

Richard Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

Richard asks…

what would happen if earth’s food source only had carbs food, proteins food, and fats? (low nutritive value food)?

how would humans evolve? or mammals?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

admin answers:

Was that a trick question???

Those ARE the only foods.  That’s all there is.  We evolved on a diet of mostly proteins food with a higher content of fat than in today’s diet.   Carbs food was included seasonally, if and when it was available.  Carbs food was never  the main part of our diet.  At least not till forty years ago when we foolishly reversed our traditional diet.

You need to understand that there are no low carb foods or high proteins food.   A food is either a carbohydrate  or a protein.  The only time the two will meet is on your dinner plate.

John Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

John asks…

What are some good sources of low carb foods for post workouts?

What are some specific foods that contain a lot of good carbs food and if possible how many carbs in each?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

admin answers:

Do you realize the difference between carbs food and proteins food?   Whatever food you eat, it’s either one or the other.   As to what they do:  Proteins food builds and mends your bones, muscles, tissue, skin and organs.   If you want to grow your body and to be strong. That’s the food you need.   Carbs food is the stuff your body converts into glucose. Your body treats all carbs food  the same.  Glucose is sugar, it’s the fuel that runs your body.

If you don’t use much energy you won’t burn much fuel.   Your cannot store carbs food or glucose.  Therefore, if you eat more carbs food than your body can spend in energy it will be turned into fat and stored on your body.  On the other hand, if you eat too little carbs food, your body will simply convert your proteins food  into fuel.  What does that mean?  Human beings can live without carbs food, they have done it many times over long periods.  But we cannot exist without proteins food.  For children who are still growing, proteins food is imperative.

Carol Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

Carol asks…

What are ten sources of carbs food?

By sources i mean foods that contain a lot of carbs food

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [low carb foods]

admin answers:

Bread
crackers
pasta
rice
beans
fruit
nuts
granola
cereal
tortillas

It’s not that the foods listed contain a lot of carbohydrates – It’s that they ARE carbohydrates.   There is no such thing as low carb foods.   You can have a low carb high protein diet- meaning it is a high protein diet with only a few carbohydrates.  But a unit of food is either a protein, a carbohydrate or a fat.

Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

David Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

David asks…

I know that a high protein diet is used for weight loss and obese patients, but are there any other reasons?

I’m in my first semester of nursing school and have to make a high protein diet plan. I also have to know the reason why I would use a high protein diet. I have researched, and all I can find is that it’s used for weight loss. Can anyone tell me any other reasons?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

admin answers:

Yes David, There are plenty of reasons.  Proteins food  is the stuff that builds and mends your skin, bones, muscles, tissue and organs.   In other words, without protein you are not alive.   Throughout human history, until just some forty years ago, the human diet was predominantly a protein diet.  While on the protein diet, people did not have weight problems and they had no need for diets.

That’s when some people decided to find a niche on the fringe of medicine.  Becoming experts on dieting seemed like a good idea.  It would not get them any legal problems and they had no competition.  All they had to do was convince perfectly slim, healthy people to diet.  Of course, since most people followed the traditional protein diet, there was little if any reason for anyone to diet.

But these people were resourceful and determined.   Cholesterol was a recent discovery and inexplicably, almost everyone tested, seemed to have high cholesterol.  Our new experts took a good look at our traditional protein diet and flipped it upside down.  They then depicted a pyramid of food groups in order of their considered importance.  It was largely made up of carbohydrates.  They called it The Pyramid Diet.  It was an exact opposite diet to the traditional diet that still ruled.  But that was to change.

These new experts gave themselves the title Nutritionists, and they announced they had invented a diet to cure cholesterol problems.  The rest is history.  A scare campaign caused  Millions of people around the world, to end up on the Pyramid diet.  It was a diet of mostly carbohydrates foods.  A food that is highly addictive when used in large quantities.    It took thirty years to reveal that the cholesterol emergency was phoney.   There was no huge cholesterol problem, the tests had simply been done incorrectly.  Instead of subtracting  the HDL LDL numbers they added them together. This guaranteed a seemingly major epidemic of high cholesterol which was to last for thirty years..

Today we have an obesity epidemic.  Type2 diabetes is close behind.  There are two reasons why you never hear the words ‘protein diet‘, and why more people continue to get more fat on various carbohydrate diets.  1. 60% of people are already addicted to carbohydrates and the number continues to grow.  2.  The so called experts depend on that addiction to continue to call themselves experts and the entire food industry has evolved for the same reason.  Without carbohydrate diets there are no weight problems and no carbohydrate addicts who depend on the diet food industry for their fixes.

The words protein diet strikes fear for everyone in the diet industry.   The last thing they want is for people to realize that they can lose all the weight quickly, on a protein diet, and never need to diet again.  It renders these people irrelevant.   That’s why you almost never hear those words.  it is also why there is a current campaign warning people of the many dangers lurking in a protein diet.  There are even vague suggestions that you may not survive  a protein diet.   Somebody ought to give these people a history lesson!

The industry, which has been backed into a corner are now forced to promote what they call a low carbs diet.  There is actually no such thing.  A food is either a protein or a carbohydrate or a fat.  To call it a low carbs diet is an oxymoron.  When you consider that most of their customers are already carbohydrate addicts, suggesting a low carb diet is like telling a drug addict to cut down, or an alcoholic to drink less.

For variety, the industry also advocates what they call a Balance Diet.  A balance of what?  Its the diet you suggest when you’ve run out of ideas and want to play it safe.   I hope all this answers you question lol.

Daniel Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

Daniel asks…

Will a high protein diet aid me in losing weight and getting toned?

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

admin answers:

Yes, a high protein diet will allow you to lose weight. Your ancestors survived on a high protein diet and did get fat.  If you read the above answer you’ll understand why.  Consume your carbs food from nutrient dense vegetables, like green salads (rocket, spinage, lettuce) and brocolli.

Drink lots of water – no fizzy drinks.

Get some regular exercise.

Thomas Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

Thomas asks…

What does a high-protein diet do for your body?

I’ve heard of many athletes and bodybuilders following high-protein diet plans and was wondering what so much protein does for the human body.

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts [protein diet]

admin answers:

Read my first answer and you’ll understand everything a protein diet does.    As for carbohydrates.  There is no such thing as a good carb a bad carb a nutritious carb or any other kind of carb.  At least not to your body. It  will turn all the carbohydrates foods you eat into glucose – without exception.  In other words, once inside your body all carbs food end up the same.  Glucose is another word for sugar.  It is the substance your body uses when you want to spend some energy.  If you don’t do much exercise you won’t burn much glucose.

Your body is not able to store the glucose you don’t use.  It is forced to turn it into body fat.    In other words.  If you eat a lot of carbohydrates, and you are not into a lot of sports and exercise – you’ll gradually get very fat.  You will also become a carbohydrate addict.

Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts

Maria Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts

Maria asks…

Do carbohydrate addicts crave bread, cereal, and pasta all the time?

Because that’s what I seem to crave all the time!

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts

admin answers:

That’s like asking;  am I a nicotine addict?  I crave cigarettes all the time.  All addictions are the same in the sense that they display they same symptoms.  Cravings, urges, binges and dependence.  It applies to all drugs, tobacco alcohol and carbohydrate addicts.   An addict is advised and expected to follow a cure.  A carbohydrate addict, is usually advised to go on a low carb diet.  That’s like telling a drug addict to cut down and an alcoholic to drink less.

That kind of advice is considered ludicrous and should be.  Yet nobody protest’s when it is given to a carbohydrate addict.  It is unacceptable and self serving, because the people who promote that advice also stand to profit from it.

The fact is, unless and until you cure your carbohydrate addiction, you cannot expect to lose weight and to have a healthy body.  You’ll find many articles, including Q’s&A’s on this blog.  But if you are really serious about curing your carbohydrate addiction, returning to a normal weight and never having to worry about your weight again.  Then there is only one sure solution.  Follow the Carbohydrate Addicts Manual.  It will teach you how to cure your addiction and get the quickest, best weight loss in the shortest possible time.  But best of all – your body will help you keep the weight off for good!

Carol Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts

Carol asks…

What is good for carbohydrate addicts?

Has anyone tried this as I have just been told that my metabolism is now very slow and I was overweight beforehand. After research on the internet , this site promises to deal with the problem. Any feedback would be welcome(oops-silly choice of words)

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts

admin answers:

The quickest way to stop craving carbs food completely, is the same way you stop craving cigarettes and alcohol.  You stop using.  It takes a few days, but it works.  It means no sugar, flour, rice, potatoes, corn. Stick with meat, cheese, green veggies like lettuce, spinach, green beans, zuccini, no peas. And stick to it!!

Also, get acidopholis (i know i butchered the spelling!!) pills… They will kill any yeast infection you have in your intestines. If you have one of those, it creates stronger carbs food cravings, and in turn, the carbs food you eat will feed the yeast, making it worse!

If you want to do this the easy way you will need The Carbohydrate Addicts Manual.  It will help you through the rough spots and guarantee you get not just the fastest, best weight loss, but the skills to know how to keep the weight off for good.  Isn’t that the only kind of weight loss that should count?

Robert Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts

Robert asks…

Carbohydrate addicts- how can I stop being one of them?

Its gotten pretty bad…to the point where if I have some crackers, it can lead to a bad bad binge. On anything carb-like, especially sweets. I can’t get it all out of the house, because my mom won’t stop buying it- my family isn’t going to stop eating what they like just for me. But its like I can’t control these cravings…plus, I’m a runner, so I’m not sure I should completely STOP eating carbs.

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Carbohydrate Addicts

admin answers:

Hey Robert, the truth is, no addict can stop just like that.  But when you listen to the right advice, you can make those carbs food cravings disappear in a few days. The trouble is, you are up against a mountain of misinformation.  To bypass that mountain, you need to take a leap of faith.  it may help you to be reminded that people didn’t always eat carbs food.  Until refrigeration, most Northern Europeans went through 6 months or more of every year with little or no carbs food at all.  Our traditional diet, which existed till forty years ago, was a high protein diet.  The only carbs food  in that diet were seasonal and natural.

There will be people who will try to tell you that carbs food is essential for energy.  That is a complete fabrication created by cereal manufacturers.  Your body runs equally well on a fat and protein diet.  In fact, facts suggest much better.  Your body is economical. It prefers to spend the carbs food as fuel, since that’s all it is good for.  That way it can save the proteins food for building and repairing your muscles and mending your skin and bones.

The real issue here is ‘what carbohydrates are we talking about?  Everything that grow on trees, bushes and on and in the ground are carbohydrates.  They are created by nature and have been a part of the human diet for centuries.  Our body has evolved to recognize and accept that type of carbs food.

The countless manufactured foods,  that come from a processing plant or an assembly line  are made from carbohydrates, but they are unnatural foods.  They are engineered by human beings and are not foods that our body has evolved to accept and process.  Evolution takes centuries, not a few decades.   Your body is forced to turn all carbs food into glucose.  Glucose is sugar and it is the fuel that provides us with energy.  The body is not designed to save it or store it.

As an analogy, let’s use a car as an example.  You put fuel in the tank, but unless you get behind the wheel and drive somewhere, the fuel is just going to sit there and get stale.  The same applies to your body.  It can only use the glucose you actually burn in energy.  Glucose cannot stagnate in your body waiting for you to use it.  What you don’t use is converted to fat cells and stored on your body.

In times past, the natural carbs food available was more than adequate for a people, who were forced to use a lot more energy than we do today.  The human body is not designed to store carbs food or glucose.  Stored fat cells are known as body fat.  Body fat has nothing to do with the fat you eat.  It is fat produced by your body from the carbs food/glucose, you have not spent on energy.  What does it mean? It means carbohydrates = fat.  The more carbs food you eat the fatter you get.  So don’t let anyone tell you that carbs food is essential to anyone  but a rabbit.

When you drink liquor it releases something called dopamine into your brain that makes you fell light headed.  All liquors actually give you the same “buzz” some are just stronger tasting than others, or of a higher concentration.   Using moderation goes without saying.  But if you don’t have a weight problem, you are probably not a carbohydrate addict.

Cut out all carbs food, except for small serves of green vegetables and salad.  You can eat as much carbs food as you like, but make sure you you learn exactly what is carbs food.   Drink plenty of water. Cut out the sugar. (It’s carbs food)  Go for a jog, run, or for a walk twice a day.  Be aware that there is no such thing as a low carbs food.  A food is either a carbs food, or a proteins food it can’t be both.  Try to make this into a normal routine or else you’ll never make it. Don’t make it too hard for yourself!

Hey! I understand how you feel and I want to help you.  But you should NEVER lose weight for anyone but YOURSELF! You hear me? NEVER.  Don’t do anything just to please others.  Instead, surprise them all by doing it for yourself!   Quietly follow a plan and lose all the weight – for good.

The best way to lose weight and keep those pounds OFF for good is to eat the food your grandma grew up on.  At your age the weight will come off quickly if you eat the right food. Think of it this way:  The human body evolved over centuries.  It evolved with a particular diet provided by nature.   Anything manufactured, anything that comes pre-packaged and has been processed, is food created by human beings.

Those are carbs food that your body hasn’t learned to process.  To do that takes many centuries, not a few  decades. Maybe such an enormous change to our diet will always be too much for the human body.  If you want to confirm that I’m right about this,  just take a look around.  About 60% of the people you see are overweight.  Today that’s a normal way to be.  Right up till forty years ago it was normal to be slim.

When you eat carbohydrates your body, breaks them down into glucose.  Glucose is sugar.  It is the fuel your body likes to use when you need to burn energy.  The less energy you have the less glucose your body can burn.  The human made carbs food is very difficult for the body to process.  It doesn’t follow nature’s rules.  That means the body will prefer the easy carbs food that nature has made. Carbs food like vegetables and salad foods will be used first because our body understands those foods.

That leaves the heavy, hard to digest carbs food behind.  Your body can’t store carbs food for later so it has only one option: It stores it on your body as fat cells.   Fat cells are known as body fat.  it is very different to the fat you eat.  Only your own body can create it.   That’s why, when you think of the fat on your body, think of the carbs food your body can’t process.  Your answer to a quick weight loss is to stick to food that nature has made and avoid all that food that’s manufactured by people.   Because if you eat food your body doesn’t understand – you will always get fat!

George Your Questions About Quickest Way To Lose Weight

George asks…

What is the easiest, quickest way to lose weight in just a month?

So my Senior prom is in about 35 days and i am 240 pounds. Im looking to lose some weight and quick before I buy a new suit. I really want to look good for the end of high school and for my girlfriend at prom.

So can you guys help me by telling me the healthiest, quickest way to lose weight ? Like when and what to eat and when and what to do when I workout? Should I run? Lift Weights?

Thanks so much!

kirsten1 cropped Your Questions About Quickest Way To Lose Weight

admin answers:

Get a chart or booklet that lists all carbs food and keep it where you can check it quickly and easily.  Between now and the prom, avoid all carbs food  - period!  Drink lots of water, at least 8 full glasses a day. More if you can.  Jog, or take a very brisk walk for 1/2 to 1 hour a day.  Eat as much proteins food as you like.  That’s all meat, poultry, fish, seafood, and eggs.  In other words; don’t diet – just avoid carbs food.

There are people who will tell you that you must have carbs food.  If they do, just remind them that human beings survived and thrived through the last ice age without any carbs food.    Until refrigeration, people in northern europe got through every winter with little or no carbs food.  We have proved, without doubt, we can survive without carbs food. What we cannot survive without – is proteins food.

Make sure you have a big serve of bacon and eggs for breakfast every morning.  Just leave out the toast.  Take a couple of tablespoons of unprocessed, natural bran each day.  I just take it with water, but you can mix it with any food you happen to eat.

Eat unlimited proteins and don’t let yourself get hungry.  Calories Do Not Matter.
