What’s the best weight loss pill for women without having to exercise or diet?
My friend lisa weighs 180 and im worried for her health but she doesn’t really have the time or stamina to diet or exercise and i wouldn’t mind losing some weight myself.

For the sake of your friend’s health (and her wallet) , try to avoid pills if possible.
Exercise does not have to be that time consuming or difficult. It can be as simple as walking & need only take 30 or so minutes out of your day (which is nothing really). Even walking 15 mins to school,work or the shops & 15 mins home again would be sufficient & enjoyable.
I do not advocate a diet for anyone. If you and your friend have a weight problem. If you have been on several diets and lost and regained some weight. If you crave particular foods. If you occasional binge eat – Then it is almost certain you are addicted to carbohydrates foods. That means your #1 priority is to cure your carbohydrate addiction. Until you do that you will never lose the weight for good. And what is the point of starving yourself to lose weight if you know the weight is guaranteed to come back – plus a little extra for protection.
The reason the weight always comes back, is that the human body was not designed to diet. It interprets a diet as a Famine. Your body understands famine. the cheapest yet effective weight loss pill i can just pick up at like target or something!?
ive been jogging every day and eating less and more healthy food too i just want to speed up the process if i can

When will people realize that pills are NOT the way to go… Believe it or not; you will get the best weight loss the old fashioned, healthy way… Workout, avoid manufactured foods and processed carbohydrates foods. Eat plenty of proteins food. Before ‘diet talk’ proteins food were be called the building blocks of life. What is protein? It’s the stuff that grows and repairs our bones, skin, muscles, tissue, and organs. Carbs food, on the other hard, has only one purpose. Our body converts all carbs food into glucose. Glucose is sugar and it is the fuel our body uses for energy. If you don’t spend much energy, your body is forced to convert the excess into body fat so it can be stored on your body. In other words; most carbohydrates we eat end up as body fat.

I am going to Aruba in early December and just want to help boost results of diet and excersize as quickly as possible, just want to shed about 15 pounds.

I cannot recommend any diet as a solution to a weight problem. It may surprise you to learn that until forty years ago, the vast majority of people had never experienced a weight problem. Obesity statistics were non-existent. So was type2 diabetes. The ‘diet talk’ that is promoted everywhere today, is false and it is dangerous to our health. If you have any doubt, look around. Does the average person you see in the streets today look slim and healthy? Of course not! But they did forty years ago.

I am joining a gym and want to know what pill to get to go along with my exercise… I am 23 and am looking to lose 30 to 40 pounds(not too quickly… steadily)

Pills are unhealthy.
A regular exercise regime is good. So is eating the right food. Trouble is, it is becoming increasingly difficult to learn what what the right food is.
